While HoldCalls will likely retain a copy of your recordings, it is imperative that you maintain a copy of your recordings. HoldCalls will not be responsible to restore recordings that are deleted or missing.

All audio productions including but not limited to Voice Productions and Message-On-Hold programs may not be returned for refund. Audio production orders may not be cancelled after they have been forwarded to production. If a production is produced inaccurately due to an error by HoldCalls it will be re-produced.

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the script or lack of specific pronunciation notes.
